I founded Centrum nadání — the Czech Republic's leading gifted education centre — over 20 years ago. My ex-husband Václav and I still run it together: I as managing director, he as chair of the advisory board, with 15+ years of personally navigating Czech families toward elite secondary schools. FortIQ Global is the natural international continuation of everything we built.
But the most important thing I can tell you is this: I am living this journey right now, alongside you. My youngest daughter Valentyna, 15, just started the same IB school in Prague where her sister Nina began her path to Cambridge. My son is navigating his university choices toward psychology as I write this. I am not advising from a distance — I am in the middle of it, as a mother.
And Nina? She is now in her final year at Cambridge, writing her exams — and she has already secured contracts from both McKinsey Prague and BCG London before she even holds her diploma. She chose her path before graduation. That wasn't luck. That was strategy — built over years, deliberately, with the same methodology I now apply for every FortIQ client.
